The Wishlist

[05-May-09 update] [Christmas wishlist turned to my birthday wishlist]

I could just put here lots of money but “someone” might pick one from below and buy it for me. And I love making lists. I even categorized them to help you decide what to get for me. LOL Avalanche!!!

Great to have, planning to buy soon stuff

  1. A wireless router
  2. 2 GB RAM
  3. Bluetooth dongle
  4. USB Gamepad
  5. A 8-32GB USB drive
  6. A Flickr Pro account
  7. NOD32 Antivirus
  8. MP3 player (don’t care what brand as long as I could see the title on it and changeable batteries) or an iPod Touch (the apps, the apps!!!)
  9. Western Digital My Passport Essential / Seagate FreeAgent (portable external drive)
  10. A film scanner

Non-techy great to haves

  1. Folgers Decaffeinated Coffee I have enough for a few months
  2. Cotton yarn
  3. A good book (just finished another Coelho)
  4. A medium-sized waterproof messenger bag bought this one for myself
  5. Office clothes (Polo, long sleeves)
  6. Atonement or Pride and Prejudice DVD (the original, of course)
  7. Running shoes and black leather shoes (10.5-11″)

The “dream list”

  1. DVD player (HD, DivX and has a USB slot)
  2. The Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX3 – I suppose dreams do come true, sometimes.
  3. Mobile phone (either of the 3: the GPhone, iPhone 3G, Nokia N97)
  4. An iMac
  5. Samsung LCD Display
  6. An HP TX Tablet PC

Such an ambitious list but we’ll never know. ;) Of course, there is always “world peace”.

Joyeux Noël mon amie!

A cotton yarn?

Hehe:D

To make beanies with. Our local yarn (for stitching notebooks) is not soft enough.

My fingers DEX is like 99+25 in RO-speak. lol

Hey, got a question about your blog. I noticed it loads pages lot faster than mine. Do you host your blog on dedicated server? thanks.

onat Says:

I don’t host it myself. I am hosted at HostingPH.com
Cheap yet really reliable.

Benj Says:

Recently, I’ve bought hosting from philhosting.net. But I realized they’re ripping me of because they’ll charge me Php150 if I want to change my A record or DNS record. You cannot do it yourself in their hosting.

how about in hostingPH?

onat Says:

Don’t know about the A record but I was the one who set my DNS records. They have a great control panel for the domain and hosting.

I bought my domain first at PinoyDNS.com, then a few months after my hosting; it’s the same company so they just merged my account into a P900 account a year. Super cheap.

Yup… thats a pretty cool camera. I nearly bought one, but I am holding my breath for the upcoming model in the hope that it will be even better. Blow it, I should just go and purchase one.
