Four Plus One – Cinq

Drama, comedy and a mix of both. One is just a filler.

  1. The History Boys – A bunch of boys that belong to the same class in search for higher learning. This is really good. It’s funny, witty and sharp. It was originally a play and the original casts were the same for the big screen version. Very entertaining with a perfect ending. As what Hector (from the movie) said, “Remember to pass it on” and I am through this.
  2. Hot Fuzz – Ridiculously funny! It’s a genre-crossing, good kind of over-the-top flick. Simon Pegg is the man! LOL Action packed and had a lot of laugh-out-load moments. Another hit from the main cast and makers of the equally hilarious Shaun of the Dead. Highly recommended.
  3. Little Children – About adultery. Drama. Great story. I liked it.
  4. Premonition – Don’t bother. But if there is really nothing else, but do not say that I didn’t warned you.
  5. Wild Hogs – Funny road movie. Great chemistry from the four: Tim Allen, John Travolta, Martin Lawrence and William H. Macy and all did really well.

For new visitors, these “Four Plus One” series are movies that I rented from Video City with the promo Rent 4 + 1 free. Hence the title. ;)
