99.5 Percent
That is what they are advertising. That in terms of “uptime”, web-hosting-speak for how much time your site will be up and available if you are hosted in such a hosting company. They even threw the word “guarantee” on the end of it.
Judging from what I’ve been experiencing, I can firmly say that their 99.5% crap is false advertising.
I sent them an email a few days ago about my “dilemma”. Pissed for far too long, I let it out on them with a bit of sarcasm on it. Days later and I got a reply. Apparently, they don’t have a sarcastic bone in any part of their bodies. They didn’t get it. Maybe they were “down” as well. 
So to all my visitors (the loyal 3, LOL) getting aggravated on refreshing and trying to load the site up, I really do apologize. Things will be different in a few weeks, I promise.
