Going Nuts for Darks

Hello I’m Onat, just recently addicted to dark chocolates. Nice to meet you. :D

Since that European goodie, 85% dark chocolaty goodness, I’ve been craving for more. They said it was too bitter but not for this recent convert. I could really taste the chocolate; almost coffee-like, which I also frequently consume. I occasionally eat chocolates for as long as I could remember but I think it is going to change from now on. I planned for a “hunt” to “scratch the itch” earlier this afternoon but it rained.

The new M&M’s Dark looks very tempting. I hope the stores inside SBMA have them. I wonder what would 90% and higher percentages would taste like? ;) Pure black gold.

ever have hershey’s miniatures? mr. goodbar, hershey’s chocolate, krackel, and special dark all in one bag. special dark became my favorite years ago. if we had a bag of hershey’s miniatures, i’d try to eat all the special darks and leave my family the rest. well, i’d go after the mr. goodbars too.

I remember those. But I always pick out all the krackels and eat them all. The red ones.

Now I find popular chocolate bars way too sweet, I grab a dark whenever and wherever I can.

That was the closest thing I ever got to pure cocoa sh*t, so rich and intense that I lost my sweet tooth because of it. I’ve never munched on the typical overly-sweet chocolates since. I maybe have a piece or so but once I got a taste of the better stuff, I can’t settle for anything else. [...]
