Engr. Clarisse Esconde
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 1,720 out of 5,067 passed the Civil Engineer Licensure Examination given by the Board of Civil Engineering in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo and Legazpi this November 2005.
And with that, I really want to say congratulations to an old highschool classmate and a really good friend, Engr. Clarisse Enconde, not just for passing the licensure examination but for having the second highest rating on the entire country. TOP 2! WOW.
I think we will be coming back for some munching again at her place, like we did before. 
A suggestion, that’s all. LOL 
) I guess we all have to call you “Engineer” now.

She hasn’t changed her number, kaya nga sya unang nacontact ni Jenielle last time. 15 pesos ata per reply. Sked na lang sana tayo ng conference, mas marami mas masaya.
